The above position is required to support the sales and marketing team.

Requirements
- Computer literate
- Liaise with clients/suppliers on enquiries
- Well organised and able to work to deadlines
- Maintain databases and other administrative tasks

- Detailed-minded, pleasant, patient and customer-oriented.

2. Application Engineer (Software Solutions)
We are looking for an Application Engineer to focus on our software-based solutions, which are targeted to professional visual effects artists and CGI animators

Job-scope
- Provide pre-sales demonstration and on-site software evaluation
- Provide after-sales service and support
- Willing to travel across Southeast Asia for extended periods
- Highly independent and self-motivated

Requirements
- An understanding of  professional visual effects and animation software
- Ability and strong desire to learn new software applications
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Pleasant personality and customer-oriented

2. Application Engineer (Post Production Solutions)
We are looking for an Application Engineer to focus on providing after-sales support for our post-production solutions

Job-scope
- Provide after-sales service and technical support for turnkey post production systems

Requirements
- Able to perform general trouble-shooting of OS X and Windows-based systems
- A knowledge of video post -production workflow is a plus
- Knowledge of Final Cut Pro is an advantage
- Good communication skills
- Pleasant personality and customer-oriented
